Additional Special Features of the Total Integrated Spa System Package

The Integrated Spa System includes support and training on the installation and use the Integrated Spa System. This is normally done by phone, but can be done onsite (there would be an additional charge for onsite support). In addition to this support, we offer the following additional support which is included in the Total Integrated Spa System Package (no additional cost).

Consulting on Marketing & Promoting your Hydrotherapy Programs

As part of the total package for the Integrated Spa System, we also include support and suggestions on ways to market and promote treatment programs to your current and new clients. Spa & wellness centers owners are not often as familiar with hydrotherapy treatments and programs as with, for example, massage and esthetic (facial) treatments and programs, so support in this area can be very helpful. The following are some areas of support:

Developing brochures
Developing literature to be use in the facility
Creating DVD presentations for use to be sent to potential clients and for use inside the facility
Newsletters and update letters that can be sent by email to your client database and others that may be interested.
Consulting on developing your own website. Websites are now easier and less expensive than ever to create. We provide suggestions on website designs to use, hosting services and suggestions on how to work with website designers. We also offer services in website design for clients who have purchased the Integrated Spa System.

The essence of marketing and promoting spa & wellness treatments is communicating the mood, the feeling associated with these experiences. Menu Planning - Hydrotherapy Treatments & Hydrotherapy Packages

We also offer support to help you develop a menu of treatments using the Integrated Spa System. These are treatments that can be done by massage therapists, estheticians, cosmetologists and other trained professional bodyworkers. Special treatments can be designed to integrate with your current treatments and programs. Various hydrotherapy treatments work wonderfully when combined with other treatments in a total treatment "package". Also, most clients' health & wellness goals require a treatment program that offers a series of treatments over a specified period of time. We also offer support in help you develop treatment "packages" and treatment programs over and extended period of time that will allow client to obtain the realistic therapeutic transformations that they are seeking.
